 Training
camps for higher level students
As the players starts
performing at state & National level they require training from
different coaches who have their specialization in various departments
of Chess i.e – Opening Middlegame and Endgame. We have organised camp by
various trainers of National & International trainers.
1st Camp was organized for our highest
batch of students and also for some prominent players from Pune by
Grandmaster E. Ubilava from Spain who was also a second of World
Champion V. Anand, A. Karpov (Russia).
2nd Camp was organised for our Group B & C by IM N. K.Mishra.
FIDE Trainer IM Neeraj Kumar Mishra visited city to train young talented
chess players of the city in the coaching programme organised by Kunte’s
chess Academy between September 5 and 14 2008. The 10 days training
programme was organised in two groups. First with the rating between
2000 – 2200 another group between Rating 1600-2000. The training
sessions covered the topics related to positional play, calculation
techniques middle game and endgame.
3rd Camp was organised for our Group C by IM V. Koshy.
KCA had organised the camp by IM V Koshy. The training sessions covered
the topics related endgame and analysis techniques.
IM Koshy also provided his valuable guidance to the coaches of academy
in the workshop organised to develop chess at schools and chess coaching
at grass root level.
Apart from that WIM Mrunalinee takes a regular camps in the vacations
for the students.
